Everyone! There isn't anyone who can't benefit from exercise. The benefits of exercise are too numerous to list in this newsletter. Studies show benefits of exercise are not even confined to physical benefits, but can benefit all of us mentally as well. Recently it has been demonstrated that exercise has benefits in preventing dementia, elevates moods, and generally speaking, makes you feel good.
