Too many times in our lives we become overly concerned with quantity at the expense of quality. Thinking that bigger is better can be a real problem when it comes to health care decisions. Think quality of life; and quantity will take care of itself. As we are living longer, there needs to be more and more emphasis on quality. If you want to live a long life, be sure you live a good life!
Treat yourself. Eat better. Exercise more regularly. Drink more water and less soda. Take up some new activity for the sake of your mind and body or return to something you enjoy but have somehow gotten away from.
